For hygiene, sanitation, and product-safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on body-care products, including soaps, body butters, sugar scrubs, jelly soaps, and similar personal-care items.

✨ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, we want you to receive exactly what you ordered and in good condition.
If your order:
- Arrives damaged
- Contains the wrong item
- Is missing an item
- Has another issue caused while preparing your order
Please contact Elixora as soon as possible after delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label when applicable so we can review the issue.
If Elixora determines that an item arrived damaged or an error was made on our end, we may offer an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
📦 Shipping Issues
Elixora is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS after a package has been accepted by the carrier.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check the delivery area and contact the appropriate shipping carrier using your tracking information.
We will always do our best to assist with available shipping information when possible.
