Because products are made in small batches, processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, launches, or custom/preorder items.
You’ll receive shipping information once your order is ready to begin its journey to you.
📬 Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped from New York using USPS and/or UPS, depending on the destination, package size, and available shipping service.
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times and tracking updates are managed by USPS or UPS and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of Elixora’s control.

Every Elixora order is hand-packaged before leaving us. Because we are a small-batch handmade business, your order may take a little longer than something coming from a large retailer—and we truly appreciate your patience.

📦 Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows an unexpected delay, please allow additional time for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and keep the original packaging, shipping label, and damaged product. Photos may be requested so we can review what happened and determine the appropriate next steps.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, please first check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the applicable shipping carrier using your tracking information.
